All Progressive Congress (APC) Chairman Bola Ahmed Tinubu paid a visit to Senator Orji Uzor Kalu ahead of the 2023 elections.
The APC chief visited the former governor at his home in Aso Villa, Abuja.
Naija News reports that Tinubu arrived at Orji’s apartment around 4:25 pm.
Reports also show that before the meeting began, Orji showed his gratitude to God for Tinubu’s health.
Remember, the chief returned to Nigeria for knee surgery after visiting London.
The reason for the meeting was not disclosed but could be related to the 2023 presidency.
There was also evidence that both men want to succeed Buhari as president from 2023.
In the meantime, the petition by the former adviser to the President, Reno Omokri, against the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, was deleted.
Naija news had previously reported that no fewer than seventy-seven thousand Nigerians signed the petition who seeks to bring Buhari to justice for killing peaceful protesters at Lekki Toll Gate last October and to have him detained.
The petition launched on Wednesday was addressed to the International Criminal Court.
Omokri said in a statement posted on his Twitter account on Saturday that the petition had been removed by “hacktivists”.
He said, “Dear Nigerians, after the Buhari government reached 100,000 signatures, they mobilized hacktivists to break into our petition and delete it. They think they have won, but they haven’t. “
